These rules are set forth to offer our listeners the most fairness possible, and to offer more listeners a chance of winning.

Winners have 30 days to pick up their prize at the FM94! studios in Marion, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, closed weekends and holidays.

All prizes are forfeited unless claimed within 30 days.

Only one winner per family and/or household per contest.

You can win only once every 30 days.

Prizes are non-transferable, may not be exchanged, substituted or refunded.

Winner will be responsible for all applicable local, state and federal taxes pertaining to prize(s) won. Winners of prizes valued at $600.00 or more will be issued a 1099 tax form.

FM94! Management reserves the right to withhold prize(s) from any contest winner as a result of giving false information upon winning the prize(s).

Calling the FM94! studio lines for contest participation or otherwise, gives consent to record and/or broadcast telephone calls on air without further acknowledgement or notification.

Employees of FM94! and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in contests and promotions.  Immediate family members are defined as mother, father, brother, sister, son or daughter.

FM94! contestants must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

All FM94! contests, either on-air, on-line, or on-location, are represented by the same rules.  Age may vary depending on the contest.  Some contests may have other rules.

All winners are required to show proper identification to claim prizes.

The decision of FM94! Management is final.
